We develop control systems based on PLC controllers of manufacturers such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi Electric and industrial computers of Beckhoff and Siemens. We specialise in programming vision systems and industrial cameras of manufacturers such as Balluff, Cognex, or Keyence. Our machinery control systems are based on IO-Link technology, which simplifies the installation and ensures easy implementation of potential changes in the future.

Machinery development

Robotics
We integrate and program industrial robots of all leading manufacturers present on the European market, mainly of Yaskawa, Fanuc, ABB, Mitsubishi, and Kuka. We have successfully integrated collaborating robots of Universal Robots, Fanuc, and Kuka. In the last 7 years, we released over 75 industrial robots. The robots we program operate processes in scope of CNC machinery, presses, injectors, founding, installation, quality control, component marking, palletising, packaging, welding, painting line feeding, and even changing tools in CNC processors.
The robots are programmed according to the available mechatronics practices to ensure that all programs are optimised in scope of the robot’s movement path and element wear. This maximally extends the robot’s lifespan. The programs developed by our team include full support for errors, restoration to defaults setting, and advanced safety functions like establishment of a virtual safety cage for the robot.
