Belt inspection station - a station to check the position of the drive belt on the pulley in relation to both edges of the pulley. Measurement is carried out using a vision system equipped with an angle mirror in several positions with the use of a wheel rotation function. The station consists of:
- Balluff vision system,
- two-axis manipulator with Siemens servo drives,
- Siemens servo drive,
- a Bosch Rexroth aluminium profile frame,
- Festo pneumatic components,
- Rittal control cabinet with Siemens controller,
- Balluff HMI panel.
