Measuring station - ladle measuring machine, carrying out stiffness measurements in which the workpiece is deformed from the zero position. The station consists of:
- Archimedes conveyor belt,
- a Bosch Rexroth two-axis manipulator,
- Siemens servo drives,
- Balluff position encoder,
- HBM force sensor,
- gripper equipped with Schmalz vacuum suction pads,
- a Bosch Rexroth aluminium profile frame,
- Festo pneumatic components,
- Rittal control cabinet, with Siemens controller and touch panel.
