Paint line unloading station - a robotic station in which a robot removes hangers from the paint line chain conveyor while it is in motion, then removes the workpieces from the hangers and hangs them back on the paint line. The station consists of:
- ABB six-axis robot,
- Schunk pneumatic grippers,
- Festo pneumatic components,
- Bosch Rexroth servo drives,
- Balluff sensors,
- Rittal control cabinet with a PLC controller and Siemens HMI panel.
