Press operation station. Station used for the automatic removal of workpieces from presses using six-axis robots and the visual inspection of the received workpieces. The station consists of:
- a transport system for trolleys and baskets for parts of our production,
- two Kuka six-axis robots,
- a Balluff vision system,
- a Bosch Rexroth aluminium profile frame,
- Festo pneumatic components,
- Balluff sensors,
- Rittal control cabinet, with Siemens controller and Siemens HMI panel.
