Press service stations. Two twin workstations used for the automatic removal of workpieces from presses using six-axis robots and for the visual inspection of received workpieces. Each station consists of:
- the trolley transport system for the parts of our production,
- a Kuka six-axis robot,
- a Balluff vision system,
- a Bosch Rexroth aluminium profile frame,
- Festo pneumatic components,
- Balluff sensors,
- Rittal control cabinet, with Siemens controller and Siemens HMI panel.
